This pharmacy is completely unethical, unreliable, and rude as heck. They quoted one amount and then charged $50 more. It's been 2 full weeks and still don't have the meds even though the prescription was prepaid with a credit card. They just don't respond when pushed to provide a date when they will be ready. If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a refill almost a week ago, so I called to check on it. They never processed it and I only have one dose left. It is Friday, so they are unable to help until Monday. By Monday, my levels will be all wrong, I will have my period, and it will take me three weeks to get myself right again. If I could rate it lower, I would. This place started out great - good service and good products. Then they went to hell. For the past few months, they have lost all sense of customer service. Their website it not functional, their employees are not competent, and they could not care less. They fail to process prescriptions on time, if at all. They fail to contact your physician for refills, they claim not to have received communications from the physician, they say they have mailed your script only to find they have not. ... read more

I gave this pharmacy multiple opportunities to change my experience with no luck. Every time I had a script called in it would take them over a week to fill it. No one ever calls to keep you posted.

Just about the worst experience ever with a compounding pharmacy. To add context, I am a prescriber myself. I know the intricacies of medication ordering and as a customer, I also have reasonable expectations on customer service and timely delivery. This pharmacy staff have the worst communication habits I had ever experienced with a pharmacy. I have several prescriptions with them. I had asked, for the first time, to have the script shipped. I was informed the fee was $10 and I said fine. I got a text saying the script was ready. After not receiving it, I called 3 days later and was told they had it set for pick up. I, again, told them to ship and was assured it would be shipped. I said thank you, and waited. I was just prescribed something new from my doctor and was told it was made special just the way the doctor ordered. However no took the time to notice this was my first time in and I never had this prescription before. I need a smaller dose then the size of the molds they use to portion out the prescription and as a result I need to cut it in half.
