My doctor had sent a prescription in to Strive be compounded and as of 72 hrs after that, no response from them to my inquiries since they never answer their phone or return messages left. The unmitigated rudeness to just ignore patients and be so unprofessional is unacceptable. I mean who runs their business that way and insults the customers like that and stays in business? I received my order in the mail and noticed the incorrect items were sent. I immediately called in. I spoke with a female who stated she would send the correct products out. After three weeks, I never received the items and had to call in again and request them to be mailed to me. A month later, my Dr. Put an order in for me. I ordered and prepaid for my RX & did not hear anything until I called 2 weeks later to find out where my RX was.. it took two days for them to respond and two more days for me to get an email the RX was shipped out. Good thing this was not a medicine to keep me alive! I don't recommend this pharmacy due to their very slow turn around time.

When you can get your meds, they're good. But, plan for at least 2 weeks to get anything filled. I've also received someone else's meds. I called to let them know, never heard from them. I've gotten the wrong refill twice now. Not to mention you have to communicate with them via text. even with 2 weeks given to them , they still sent the wrong thing. Not to mention I was charged for something I DID NOT order. Going back to mixtures.

This pharmacy is difficult to deal with. When I started I was quoted $95 for my prescription back in March 2022 which included shipping. Now my last order I got charged and questioned why only charged $90. Response was that is what they charge with shipping. Well then they owe me some money for overcharging me this past year. My very first order there was no price on the receipt. I asked them to send one. They send a receipt with the order but it has no price on it which makes ZERO sense! My biggest complaint is that I use an injectable, and each vial is labeled 2mL. They say they give 2.4mL to account for the small amount that can't be pulled out of the container. I never get 2mL out! I typically get between 1.6 and 1.8 mL. To be fair, the pharmacist Kathy is fantastic. Other than that, the staff has underwhelmed me over and over. This pharmacy is completely unethical, unreliable, and rude as heck. They quoted one amount and then charged $50 more. It's been 2 full weeks and still don't have the meds even though the prescription was prepaid with a credit card. They just don't respond when pushed to provide a date when they will be ready. If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a refill almost a week ago, so I called to check on it. They never processed it and I only have one dose left. It is Friday, so they are unable to help until Monday. By Monday, my levels will be all wrong, I will have my period, and it will take me three weeks to get myself right again. If I could rate it lower, I would. This place started out great - good service and good products. Then they went to hell. For the past few months, they have lost all sense of customer service. Their website it not functional, their employees are not competent, and they could not care less. They fail to process prescriptions on time, if at all.
