Takes too long to ship after receiving payment . Poor communication. Days to respond to emails.
Recently renewed my prescription. Strive changed the amount of medication to a 30 day from a 60 day without notifying me or my provider. I paid for a 60 day supply, but Strive says they changed their policy and no longer provide that. I asked for a refund and was refused. They lied and said they had informed me of the change when that was not the case. I was forced to dispute with my credit card company. Disgusting behavior, AVOID at all costs.
Horrible business! Ask physician to use someone and save the hazel. They are rude, slow, payment process is just flat out poor and one sided. To top it off, it takes days to process order then they send you a link to pay then it takes almost 2 weeks after they received payment to process the RX. I don't think you good do any worse at running a business. If your physician will not send to another pharmacy, get a new physician.
Warning. I only gave it some star because I had to. This is the worst pharmacy !! I've never had such a bad experience and I have been getting my hormone meds from here for years... today is day nine and I am still waiting for my my refill to be made, if you need your script filled promptly do not come here!!!
The worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I'm an out of state patient and could NEVER get someone on the phone. Their phones ring and ring until they disconnect. Do everything you can to take your business somewhere else. Strive, you need to be better. It's a nightmare trying to manage any medication, billing or shipping. AWFUL.
Another update: Auto filled prescription took 7 days to fill. Called and asked to pick it up instead of delivery because I was getting close to running out. The woman said she'd pull it and have it waiting for me. Got a text 12 hours later that it was ready for pickup. I showed up three hours after the text message to get my prescription and it is nowhere to be found. Literally gone. Gotta say I'm not impressed. Prescription was sent to them 8 business days ago and still no Rx. Glad it isn't a life or death Rx...
This is the absolute worst Pharmacy. Stay away from it at all cost. It has been three weeks and I have still not gotten my prescription and they keep telling me it will be shipped on a certain day, and when that day comes, they change their mind again, they are horrible
horrible at returning calls, didnt include needles which were ordered and then messed up on the refill order. Their website wont let me reset password either. NP said she has had several complaints from patients too. Use someone else
