Be CAREFUL especially if you pay out of pocket! i recieved this vial (2ml) compounded semiglutide fir $250 noticed immediately it was off and WAAAY less than the previous ones. i was told to WAIT UNtil the end of dose to see if i was short n offered a partial refund or discount- when i did as told they REFUSED to honor either refund or discount gave excuse after excuse even AFTER my doctor herself called. My physician called in a RX 10 business days ago and I still do not have my medication!! Delivery says it should be here tomorrow so that means 11 business days assuming it actually arrives. I only went here because of my Dr's recommendation. Never again. Totally unacceptable.

If you are a provider, send your business elsewhere. I will start by stating that I am a physician and deal with pharmacies frequently. Strive's customer service has tanked within the last year. Previous orders were processed and sent out within 24 hours. It has started taking longer and longer, with my most recent script being called in this Monday, only for Strive to finally get around to it Friday, then never return my phone call when I inquired if I could do a same day pickup. I was on the ely Lily brand mounjaro at a 2.5 mg dose. I went to strive pharmacy because insurance stopped covering it. They claim their Tirzepitide is superior. I went on a 7.5 mg dose from Strive and I might as well have injected water. When I contacted Strive telling them, they told me that the medicine stops working after a while. Which is complete bullshit. Strive pharmacies 7.5 mg, three times higher than the dose I was taking from Eli Lilly. Was ineffective and did not work. They are ripping people off bottom line. Very slow process in dispensing medications. Once received, the pumping device was defective and I contacted the pharmacy for a replacement. The dispensing pharmacy was located in St. Louis, MO. While the customer service was friendly at all times, it took over 10 days to receive the replacement medication.

Terrible customer service and it takes weeks to get medication refills. They had my name wrong in their system and so were confused and so it took longer to process my refill. Then they refused to overnight the medication even though I needed it. And my name continues to be wrong in their system.

Twice I've had their bottles malfunction about halfway through. The syringe just stopped being able to pull out the medication. I chalked it up to a one time error the first time and just sucked up the cost of the VERY expensive medication. The second time it happened I called. They told me my 30 day window had passed, even though the meds last me much longer than 30 days. Replacing the remaining amount would be a drop in the bucket for them.
