The service people showed on time and began to work, right away. The job took about 9-10 hours. The foreman on the job estimated when they might finished and, while I didn't believe they'd be done in time, they were done right around when he said they would be. He offered to take away the excess dirt (which I had no room for in the yard or property) which I appreciated. The replaced concrete looks good and was matched fairly well with the existing concrete. After interviewing a lot of companies I decided on this one because they didn't try to over sell me on piers, pricing was in the ball park, independent engineering, and a very well thought out drain system. Everyone was on time, professional and courteous...they went the extra mile!
Structured Foundation does very good work and were very punctual. They worked quickly, were competent and friendly. Also they were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the work that was being done. They minimized the brick cutting to my house and were very careful of my home, plants and grass.
Be very careful in hiring this company!!! We hired Structured to do our roof after having success with the foundation side of the company and regret it! Sales was very deceptive on "BEST PRACTICE", codes, pricing, telling us they would work with insurance for hidden damages, reflash the chimney & skylight and make it look better than before. This is a difficult complaint to address. Some of the complaints listed did occur, but the description of them and how they were handled are not even close to being accurate. The complainant has been completely unreasonable and impossible to converse with in a calm and professional manner. He has spoken to five different people within our company who tried to help him with each of his ascending complaints. The biggest problem was the sales person over promising and under delivering. he put is work crew in a bad position promising something that could not be done the way he described it. Also I had a laptop and some prescription drugs go missing. The sales person also did not tell his finance people that I was paying with a cash out refinance, so that caused a lot of problems. Overall it was a bad sales person, and not necessarily the company as a whole.

Structured Foundation did a repair on our home prior to us taking ownership of the home. They fixed the foundation but absolutely demolished our sprinkler line and flooded our backyard. The sprinklers were ran and this damage caused a 6” deep hole that I fell into. Their rep, Van, who can be found at 817-454-8403, told me that “We are not liable for any damages caused to property we work on; it’s in our contract. Unfortunately, foundation repairs can be invasive. The guys are digging with shovels and often don’t even know they have hit something until it is too late. We tell our customers that if they know they hit something minor and can attempt to fix it while on site, great, but we do not go back to fix it, nor are we responsible for it. When I was quoted the job by Bill Tatum I was told they would repair my sprinkler/foundation watering system if they broke it. Well of course they did break it. Tatum said he would be out to fix it in a couple days. 10 days later I called and he said he would be out in a day or two. A week later I called and he said he would be out in a day or two. Terrible because I was told that I didn’t needed to be present when the repairs were done and missed work because of the miscommunication and they should have discounted the cost but wouldn’t.
