I’m new to Subaru. I found the check in and check out to be very confusing and not well organized. The check out took over 20 minutes as I got shuffled from one area to another. Should not be this difficult. I appreciate that my car service was completed quickly and with good communication. I was disappointed when paying to find out there would be a service charge if paid by credit card. Come on Subaru, this is not a mom and pop operation here! Your incompetence, lies and rotten ethics place lives ar risk.
Don't lie to customers and treat them poorly. Your incompetence and hate has led to ongoing injury and harm due to the mechanically faulty Subaru. It is NOT normal for a car to shake and injure the driver. Replace your incompetent Service Manager Dustin Piggot and your lying crooked Service Advisor Mario Chavez.
They went above and beyond, even providing me with transportation to the hospital to visit a family member while my car was being worked on.
