I own a 2011 Outback that has only been serviced at Subaru facilities. The Bend facility office personnel are always pleasant and informative. The service technicians always note issues outside the service I requested to keep my vehicle in top operating condition.

All went well just a bit on the spendy side - $97 for an oil change.
We made an appointment to tend to recall issue and we’re checked in right away by a friendly staff member. He indicated it’d take about 45 minutes, but was done in less than 30. Escorted us to our car and was very friendly and professional!
From the time I pulled up and was greeted nicely and went inside to check in and had Dustin help me it was very good service. He was very polite, professional and explained everything nicely. Always have great service there.
