Great, on time, and beautifully cleaned
We were looking for a vehicle for our granddaughter. Sam was wonderful in his suggestions and keeping in touch. He made the experience special and put a bow on the car. He explained everything to her and her mother. It was marvelous!

When the salesman went to start the car for a test drive - he stated that the battery was dead and it was probably because a light had been left on. They jump started the battery, I took it for a test drive and decided to buy it although I also think they could have lowered the price some. When I got it home the battery was dead again. I live 2 hours away from Bend and decided to buy a new battery in the town I live instead of driving all the way back to Bend. Oil change was handled well. However, we were informed about a nail in one of our tires. Since the tire could not be repaired and we were traveling out of town the next day, we were told that they could order a new tire that would be available in 1 to 3 days. We said that we would return within the 3 days to have the tire replaced. However, we were informed on the second day that the tire would not be there on the third day since they do not have deliveries on Saturdays. We were not told that up front.
