Vehicle vibration injures the driver. After their recomended repair work and 2 diagnosis attempts, I was told "its normal and nothing out of the ordinary". Im laying in bed now a week later, with a sore, swollen, stiff right ankle, due to driving the Subaru a couple hours yesterday. No way is it normal. Its got to be something complicated and hard to find. I thought the big new Subaru place could help. Kendall Subaru staff was Very rude and demeaning.
Way too expensive for the 60000 mile service. The agents were excellent but added fees for differential fluid should be included all fluids should be included. Fee for service was $12072.00! Ray

Got a little of conflicting information about taking my new car in to have an oil change with only 2,000 miles on the vehicle. Had to ask if my warranty would be effected if I didn't bring it in. It probably would have been effected if I had not. Maybe more training would be important.

Don’t be incompetent and greedy. Do not send people home with dangerous broken vehicles and fail to provide loans.
Prompt and complete but whoever checked the cabin filter they left black stains on the seat.
Right out of the gate excuse how busy he was. I looked around the brand new shop I was the only person there! An hour and a half for an oil change when I was the only patron there! People that arrived after me where hopping into there cars. The maintenance was done in 30 minutes! I saw my car being pulled out of the shop to go to the car wash and then an hour later they give me my car back! The excuse oh I couldn’t print the report. Terrible customer service. Treat customers with a service mentality!
