I had the snow tires put on my subaru and the visit was quick and efficient.

Quick service considering how busy they were. Very helpful service people. Changed my mind about wanting my air and engine filters changed and they were very accommodating.

My service experience continues to be sub par. I went in for an “express oil change.” At this dealership apparently express means after 1.5 hours waiting with only one car in front of me when I arrived they still hadn’t even started on my car, saying that it would would be at least another 45 minutes. I don’t know how they can call 2.5 hours for an oil change “express.” Every time I think this dealership will do a better job they disappoint me again, even if I start with low expectations. Five star service every time I have taken my vehicle in for its scheduled maintenance. I appreciate that Greg, who sold me my car takes it time to say hello, and Chip is there with a smile when I drop my car off. This is my third Subaru and the service and knowing that I’m driving a safe vehicle is really important to me. Thank you.
