I only wish I bought my Subaru directly from Subaru of Bend. They treated me like a valued family member. They reassured me, they promptly dropped and picked me up. Walked in the service in utter distress with a check engine light on and the dash lite up like Christmas tree.. and yes a tear in my eye :( Dustin not only was so kind and understanding he gave me a loaner, was able to get my car fixed in time for me to travel to my family for Christmas! 60,000 mile Maintenance was done promptly and staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a loner car as I live alone in Sister’s and getting back and forth was a hassle. However the washer fluid is not working and I just filled a few days ago.
