Unfortunetly, I missed my appointment but when I called to reschudle I spoke with Juliana Molony. It was a frustratung conversation. She spoke so fast it was difficutl to understand her. In addition the conveersation became complicated. She used code words which I have no way of knowing what they mean. Great experience! Great customer service with Subaru of Bend-every time. And my car-a 2020 Forester-GREAT car.
The Service Department really helped me out. I wanted my car detailed inside only and had several questions as I had never had a car detailed before. My questions were all answered clearly which saved me money which I truly appreciate.. I had not been informed when I made the appointment that detailing would be an all day event so I had not made previous arrangements for a ride.
