Express was fast and courteous
Don’t advertise express oil change services - was told would be 1 1/2 hrs- actually took 2 1/2 hours- radiator was below the low mark on the fill tank and was not refilled- car wash is very poor- I think it was dirtier when it came out the first time- the service advisor did quickly run it thru again - and lastly if you advertise an oil change for $95 than do it for that price - don’t tack on additional charges!
promise of 3.9 percent financing disappeared in classic bate and switch with claim that it only was for 4 year loan term never disclosed. used an erroneous credit score lied about cost of replacing backup camera as pressure tactic to buy extended warranty.

Fast oil change, no spills or leaks. Even the skid plate and drain plug area of the pan were clean! Much appreciated!

4th recall on Ascent. Inconvenience since don’t live near dealer. Also had them fix the towing brake controller they installed. It was installed right where your knee goes while driving. Huge knob that sticks out and broke off the first week. They said it’s the only place they can install it and know it’s an issue. Paid them to fix it again and they now install them on the steering column. Imagine that. A logical place. But still charged me for a known problem.
