No appointment necessary for express oil change, which is great! I take person was friendly & helpful. My car was done in less than an hour - oil changed, tires rotated, fluid levels checked, and car washed! There was a note on my mirror “Have a special day!”. Thank for consistently excellent service & customer care!

I was in Bend visiting my relatives and was concerned that something was wrong with my car, Katie the service department was so helpful and nice, she got my car in a day earlier. they checked my car and found no issues. When I picked up my car Katie had left for the, the man who closed out the service ticket was also very helpful and pleasant, . Overall your service department did an excellent job and I felt save driving my Subaru back to Portland.

Brought in my hybrid Crosstrek for 35k service. Arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately greeted and assisted. Service was explained as well as an offer for a complimentary car wash (yes please!). Service was completed in under a hour and check out included a thorough overview of status of key items (brakes, tire wear, filters, etc) with no pressure to sell me anything.
