I drove into the Service Department for an oil change. It was noted that I was overdue for 30,000 mile check-up. Paul was able to fit my car into the schedule and got the work done in a timely manner the same day. Uber to my home and back again was very smooth and much appreciated. Great service for car and customer!

Quick and easy to get an oil change. Enjoyed the game on the big screen TV in the lobby, coffee was still fresh even in the afternoon. Good service.
Excellent in all respects. The service person, Brandon, that I dealt with was first rate: excellent interpersonal skills, very clear, and was great answering my questions. I also had occasion to speak with someone in the parts department regarding tires. He was also extremely helpful.
I felt that your policies and procedures regarding rentals were over the top. I usually go to Subaru In Hillsboro and have never been asked to provide a receipt and to use a certain gas station while using a rental car. Other than that, it felt like the services the car needed got done. Thank you
I took my daughter's car in today for an oil change. The service was fast, friendly, and done when they said it would be.
Was told by the person answering incoming calls to bring my vehicle in for a headlight issue . Arrived and then was told by service that would take an appointment and that due to holidays I would have to reschedule . Service manger came and talked to me and told me he was sorry for the confusion. Fixed my vehicle and gave me a discount Great service Thank you for making things right
No complaints, just bringing my car in for a 5000mi inspection. It was brief, and there’s an amazing 1985 Subaru Brat in the showroom. This seems like a very well ran Subaru dealership. Employees are friendly, and make eye contact. Love the car so far (Solterra), hoping Subaru continues its electrification endeavors.
