You did good đ! Communication on what my vehicle had done and follow thru in what to expect in near future. Waiting room was clean and comfortable to wait in. I used a coupon from my e-mail no hassle to have it used on bill. Will be back for my transmission to be flushed. Only 1 thing when I call to set appointment I asked about the detail service. I was told it was not available and then when getting my car they had it washed and I was so happy about it and I asked about it again it was said they do detail but maybe only ... read more

Itâs absolutely the best service center in central Oregon! I pulled up to the service door and it opened on its own. I had the oil changed and the cabin filter replaced. I also got an appointment to get the oil changed in the differentials and an air intake filter replacement!! Took them less than an hour and a half. Plus they washed my car!!! Free!!! đ My service manager was William Hargen!!Â
I had made an appointment for an oil job and the replacement of my rear brake pads. But after three hours, the mechanic found that the fluid in my differential needed replacing. So it was an expensive appointment today. The service rep said he saved me a little bit of money and I only had to wait four hours instead of six and all the little points were checked to make sure my car was OK. One thing I wished I wouldâve known was that my extended warranty covered oil changes. Thanks to Russ informing me. I missed out on a lot of warranty oil changes. Seems like a flag should be added to those who have extended warranties on their data when the car is in for service. Other than that excellent service.Â
