Friendly service and very speedy too! One of the reasons I purchased my second Subaru from Subaru of Bend is the service department. They have always treated me so well.
Came in because of a slow leak in my rear tire. Bill immediately found the problem. He explained why the tire would need to be replaced. He pulled up my account and discovered it qualified for the road hazard warranty. I know the service department was incredibly busy but I was treated as though I was the only customer. The tire was replaced and I was on my way in less than two hours. It is always a good assurance knowing Subaru is taking care of my vehicle by courteous technicians. Thank you.

Noah was so amazing! He was able to work with Subaru client service to find a way to repair my rear lift-gate and he kept me updated every step of the way. He went above and beyond to figure it out. The waiting area was clean and nicely designed and they offered me an Uber to go home and come back when my vehicle was ready. Best service appointment experience!
Greg was responsive without any pressure. Process was very respectful of my time.
Saturday appointment 11:30am. Immediately greeted. Reviewed service to be done. Friendly, professional and great communication. Though I was told an hour wait, it was less than that.
