I am so sorry with presenting Byron with what had to be the stinkiest dirtiest most miserable repair job he may have ever had to face. My Impreza was invaded by rodents about a week ago and Byron and Paul have been working nonstop tearing the car apart to clean out the remaining mess. I picked it up today, it smells wonderful and I hope it will stay that way.
Fantastic service department.
The service department is so nice and upfront about cost, length of time and cost. I needed an oil change and I was in and out in 45 minutes.
It all starts at the top and that would be Service Manager, Dustin Pigott, and filters down to Paul and Brandon and the rest of the guys and gals there. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are looking out for their customers. They are honest and I trust like no other dealer ever

FANTASTIC customer service as always! Subaru of Bends staff always goes “over and above” to provide me with the best service and personal interactions. Terrific experience! First time visiting this dealership (I have visited two other dealerships, both of state, previously). On this visit, I utilized Express Service, as I was just needing an oil change. Russell, the service advisor, was great.
