I love the express service, it is so convenient to just stop by the Subaru dealer to have your oil change in less than one hour, chill at the customer's lounge or run a couple of errands around while waiting. I love the new building!

Friendly staff, felt respected and comfortable. Service was quicker than promised. Also staff were very kind when I accidentally used the wrong coffee machine. The only constructive feedback I have is that it would be helpful to label the lobby coffee machines / which ones customers should use… or at least set the pot filler apart from or further back than the dispensers. It sounds like I might not be the only one who’s accidentally tried to fill a cup with a whole pot’s worth of the brewer on the left, so it could save cust... read more
