Subaru of Bend is simply the best. Each time I have an issue, I will come in and Chip always comes to my aid with a SMILE. Today, I brought my car is for a scheduled maintenance, the garage representative was very nice and super courteous. And of course, Chip was as helpful as USUAL.

Excellent customer service
Service was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the complimentary Uber ride home. However, credit card fees are a huge pet peeve of mine. Given average cost of car repairs, this is the type of place I expect to be able to use a credit card without hassle. If you feel the need to charge separate prices for cash and credit cards, I suggest offering a cash discount instead of a credit card fee. This accomplishes the same thing, albeit with a positive reward instead of a negative penalty.

The buying experience was pleasant. Jeremy was knowledgeable and non aggressive. He allowed us time to really think it over without pressure. I really appreciate that.
