I brought a car in for window replacement. The crew was incredibly friendly and helpful to both my daughter and myself. Paul initially helped us and was above and beyond in efficiency and accuracy in the transaction. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped us at pickup but he was also great; friendly and efficient.
Well it was through and fast and the reps were real outstanding in all aspects. The wait in the waiting area was nice too. Everyone had a smile and a hello
3.5 hour wait. Next time I’ll make appointment rather than drive in. Realize busy season

Greg, the salesman, was very accommodating, He gave me the VIP treatment and even delivered the car to me as he found out my husband has health issues and it isn’t easy for me to leave him alone! He got me exactly the car I wanted and hurried along the process (with Fraser in finance) so I didn’t have to stay there longer than necessary! I appreciated the kindness and respect shown to me!
What had to be done, was explained carefully and everything.they said they were going to do they did and got it done faster than I was expecting. I left feeling happy we have such a good Dealership in Bend
The sales person, Nick was very welcoming. He was able to answer all our questions. He took us out to the lot to show us the model we were interested in. He arranged for us to test drive the car. During the drive he answered our questions and pointed out features on the car. Back at the dealership he showed us the service department in answer to our questions about that service.
