Came in for an oil change and they got it done very quickly... 45 minutes quicker than the time quoted when I arrived.
As a return, customer, I was not Surprised with the excellent service that I received at Bend Subaru, I worked with Sam. He made the whole car buying experience, pleasant and not drawn out. I drove in with my three year-old Subaru,, and drove out with a brand new 2025 in about an hour and a half. That is probably because we enjoyed talking with each other also. This is getting redundant! Every time I go in to Subaru of Bend I get great service and my Forester is ready too soon! I just get settled in at their new customer lounge with a cuppa coffee and my book, then WHAM, it’s time to go.

Great communication with my service provider, my car was done in the amount of time he told me and one of the lady workers went over the top talking to my 4 year old grandson and even gave him a Subaru hot wheels car which just thrilled him to pieces!
