I’m positive that I have never had service like this. Changed my oil, filters, and found an oil leak that could have caused me some serious problems!! Now I’m going to take it in Monday morning first thing and they are going to fix it!!! And I can’t forget about the waiting area where I sat while they were working on my car. The best of service!!

My appointment was for 2:30. I arrived 2 hours earlier. Service told me it wasn’t a problem. Sitting by the fire with a wonderful cup of coffee was very enjoyable.

Katy was amazing. Professional, courteous, intelligent - she made the service experience seamless. Clear and concise details on repairs needed, estimates, and time frame. Service mechanics (Jake Thomas and staff) correctly identified issues with my car and provided necessary repairs but no additional items that I did not need or request. I am pleased with the service provided and will definitely revisit Subaru of Bend for future service should the need arise.
From start to finish it was seamless thanks to Dylan and Bill. I told Dylan exactly what I could do and he and Bill made it happen. No hard sell. Truly you can throw away the old ideas about car salesmen. They listened to what I needed, wanted and financially could do and never tried to change my mind. Cannot say enough good things about my experience and about Dylan and Bill.
Subaru of Bend is an outstanding dealership, both in sales and service. They continually exceeded all my high expectations. Just had my outbacks 30,000 mile service and Chip, the service advisor, was outstanding in his customer service…. even gave us a tour of the new modern Subaru dealership. I highly recommend Subaru of Bend!
