I bought a 2023 Forester (still under warranty) and inquired about any service records you may have. Your service Dept found the records and did a diagnostic update (fine), then rotated the tires, told me when the vehicle was due for an oil change, washed the car, and sent me on my way with no charge! On Saturday i came in without an appt and had a coupon. Jonah told me short handed n might b awhile. It was ok cuz I planned to leave it. I had an oil change, tires rotated , and radiator flushed. Was done n 3 hrs. Right on I appreciate the coupon n steady work. Car wash was ok, front still had lotsa bugs on it. Like the new bldg and waiting room.Ā
This was our 2nd time purchasing a car from Subaru of Bend. We traded in our 2019 Ascent for a 2024. We love the Ascent and were very happy with all the improvements that have been made.Ā
