I have an important SAFETY suggestion: have the service staff put the headlights back in the same position they were when the car arrived. I keep my lights on automatic so I never adjust the setting. I drive at night rarely and several times after service the lights have been turned to OFF and I learn this when they are needed. Because I keep them on automatic, I can’t readily find the right setting which is very dangerous. This has happened to me several times and I’m sure it happens to others as well.

The plastic on the base of the passenger side seat on my Forester became detached on the front edge. A service rep was able to reposition it at no charge. The new express lanes for oil changes are so much more accessible and efficient than before. I had stopped taking my car in for oil changes during construction.
