Saturday appointment 11:30am. Immediately greeted. Reviewed service to be done. Friendly, professional and great communication. Though I was told an hour wait, it was less than that.
Service since renovation is great! Attentive and polite. Thank you Bill and Brandon.
Always comfortable in the waiting area. My car was ready and had a wash right on time.
Quick and easy
Positive from beginning to purchase. Matt Dame was an excellent and supporting agent. He is so knowledgeable about all the operations and cars at Suburu/Bend. Listened to our input patiently , was so polite and when we zeroed in on our choices, found our car and had it polished and cleaned and ready for us to claim later that day. Excellent service from all at Suburu/Bend
