My Subaru 60K checkup service experience was great. Scheduling was easy and all expected work completed fairly quickly. Paul was thorough with explanations and kept me up to date. I was disappointed that I could not use my AmEx card and any credit cards used have fees. On big services like this it is hard to carry enough cash. Paul even handled my complaint well. We drive 2 hours to visit Bend Subaru and will continue to do so. Thank you.
Fast and good
I dropped off my 2015 Outback disabled by a broken left axle.Justincalled me on Saturday and said they won’t be able to work on the car until Monday. Dustin called Mondayand confirmed the problem with the left axle. Repair was done and texts updates were sent to.me. I am grateful for assistance and Concern of the Staff of Bend Subaru. The car was repaired and we can continue our vacation in Central Oregon.
Check in was quick. My car was done under an hour. Employees are very helpful
