Great atmosphere, salesperson, and dealership. We have been taking our 2010 Outback here ever since we moved to Bend 10 years ago, and the service and staff have always been pleasant and are good in explaining services. We have the Outback to our daughter in order for her to have a safer vehicle in the winter months. We purchased a 2024 Outback, because of the many safety options available. Straight forward service.
From the time we drove in, until we checked out, the appointment was smooth.
I didn’t have an appointment but dropped in to get the oil changed for an upcoming trip. They squeezed me in and sent me on my way in a fairly fast time, considering short of technicians and a back log. Yeah, Love knowing my car is ready as well.

I’ve been using Bend Subaru to change the oil on my Dodge pickup. I had to use Bend Subaru because of a maintenance plan given to me when I bought the truck. They are terrific! I can’t say enough! Always on time and very friendly! I will continue using them after my plan is up!
