Awesome. A confirmation of something the I knew was off. The time to fix it was great. The person I worked with was so helpful and friendly. There were no attempts to push the sale of anything else (I know my tires are starting to show some wear, but was told they should still take me through the winter). And the waiting area was great.
It took a real long time to fix my car over 2 years. However they let me drive 6 different loaners during that time and I really enjoyed that. All of the people that I worked with were very nice and professional and helped me out a great deal.

Everything was as professional, spotless and welcoming. My oil change was under the time quoted by a little and I liked that. I will be happy to go back after the next 6000.
Service is so friendly and professional and even without an appointment is done in a timely manner. The staff is great and the car wash is an added bonus. Reasonable and reliable
This was our first experience with the new service department facility at Subaru of Bend. Very smooth and easy in and out, with a very comfortable waiting room with open air feeling. Very nice! (Just remember to update your website with new photos of the facility rather than the old waiting room photographs. We enjoyed the big screen TV as well as a few snacks. Thank you to Brandon Baltzel for his pleasant demeanor and thorough work. We will be back again next time!
