Wonderful service and people so friendly
Always outstanding service, friendly people, and keep me up to date on my cars health! I come back to Bend from Sacramento so this Service Department can take care of my car. They are consistently awesome.
My experience was mostly awesome. The sales in finance reps were great. I’m upset about is the accessories not being installed. The manufacturer forgot to install two accessories and now I have to pay for them out of pocket.
The gang was busy but still very pleasant, cheerful, and efficient
Chaotic dealership area. Waiting room was cramped. My Subaru was serviced n 2 hours with no appointment 👍🏽 Upon paying work done was reviewed with me. Like that too.
Everything was great. The people were very friendly and helpful. I told them I am going on a trip so they took care to make sure my car is in tip top shape.
