Very easy process and I was able to get an appointment quickly.
Had Front brakes replaced. When I left the lot, the front brake didn’t function properly. Chip immediately asked me to return to the service department. After inspection a new part had to be ordered.Taylor provided me with a courtesy loaner car while I wait for completion of the job. This was handled in a very friendly and professional manner!
Everything was great! Went in for an oil change and was greeted by Brandon who explained everything very clearly. I really liked the break down they gave me at the end outlining all the details of the multipoint inspection. The car wash was the cherry on top. Very satisfied and will definitely be returning!
