Very easy to schedule an appointment. And fast. Helpful up front and stayed within their quote.
I had an appointment for 12,000 mile checkup and oil change. I waited in the lounge. It took only about 35 minutes. I learned that I can get the car washed next time - so nice! - but I just washed it. The facility is lovely: so sunny and new. A very slick experience overall.
Bend Subaru was easy to work with. We were treated fairly and felt comfortable making sure we got the right model for us. Our trade in deal was also fair and easy. Really appreciate Matt and Steven, our salesperson and finance team member.
Really liked the new building, the ease of just pulling right in to the service area, very friendly through service and today was exceptionally fast ! Congratulations on the new building looks like a great place to work!

Good and quick service
Our town has a new building for Subaru. First visit today and everything was amazing. Oil change and cabin filter. Car wash was free! My Forester was checked overall and everything was fine. Wonderful man who helped me gave me great advice on new EV. I am very happy.
Had my 6 mos servicing at Subaru of Bend and was glad to see the construction finished and the shiny new service center up and running. Bill quickly checked me in and Brandon, again, was very helpful, this time solving the problem of the audio not working when connecting my phone Maps app to the car’s Bluetooth.
Brandon, the service tech at Subaru of Bend who helped me today was pleasant, knowledgable. The express service was fast and thorough, and they washed my car! A pleasant surprise! The new sales and service building is amazing, bright and on trend stylistically. While my service was being performed, Sam Geowey helped me with details on a new model & value for my current car for possible purchase in the near future.
