The service department has been efficient in completing routine maintenance even during the construction. Additionally, Chip provided me with information so I could address concerns with Subaru of America. The outcome was more than I could have hoped for.
Your representative (Jeffrey) was pleasantt, considerate of my disability and thorough - and finished the job earlier than I expected.
The Xpress lube service check in went really quick. Rep Was courteous and helpful. Wait time of an hour and a half was a little long, but considering what the service involved included, it was probably reasonable. In all I was very satisfied with the service which included Brake lining and tire thread gauging, fluid servicing of the battery and windshield washer. It seemed very thorough. I was given all the gauge measurement findings. Good job.
Routine oil change, tire rotation, lube usually takes an hour but was done in 40 min. Brandon, whom I checked in with, called to tell me car was ready. Just before leaving asked him to help me through the many steps of changing my dash clock one hour. He was so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable.and accommodating from the minute I arrived for service. If Subaru of Bend wants to keep him, pay him well!

I went for an oil change, and they were very busy and I needed to wait for the car. He worked me in for 2 PM and said I would be in and out in an hour, and I was! So helpful and polite, and I appreciated it all.
