As always, I had a great experience at Subaru of Bend. I love the new building. I got my car checked in right away, oil changed, snow tires on and a headlight fixed all in just about an hour. Waiting for my car to get serviced in such a beautiful space makes it a breeze. Chip checked my car in and Brandon checked my car out. Both guys very courteous. Great customer service all around. Thanks!

Matt greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived. Matt had the right questions regarding our visit and quickly found a vehicle that we drove and purchased. Matt was helpful and pleasant to work with on our quest for a new car,
You did great. One ? though, why do you fill up the washer fluid w what appears to be water? I put in anti freezing washer fluid and the stuff you put in doesn't seem all that great.
I had to cancel my later appointment this afternoon so I came as a walk in and they got me in and out in 45 minutes. They are always so nice and try their best to be accommodating. 👌🏽we 💙 Subaru of Bend and their new building is beautiful and nice to wait at.
Service tech greeted me properly and on time. He went over the entire list of things that were done to my car and explained/answered all of my questions.
