Personnel were great. the missing 5th star is because it took much longer than I expected. Would have been helpful to tell me about the 3% credit card fee when I made the appointment so I would know to bring a checkbook

I was able to get in for an oil change. It seemed that there were other problems identified and the tech. Came and told me rather than letting it go uncorrected. I was impressed at the professionalism of the staff.
