Courteous. New employee was energetic, very courteous; didn't know all the answers to questions but didn't try to fake it.
As always, outstanding customer service!
I arrived 25 minutes early for a lube and oil change. They took my Subaru Outback in immediately and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes with a complete and detailed report. Customer service was excellent.
Super fast oil service, however, I was not able to have my door checked out because they said I would have to leave the car for entire day. I don’t believe the diagnostic would have taken entire day.
Very supportive and kind employees throughout the process. Very pleasant experience overall.
Everyone was courteous and the waiting area is nice. I made an appointment in advance at 9:15 for oil change and diagnose a loud noise coming from one of my tires. I was the second person in line in the appointment line. The man checking me in test drove and said he thought it was a rock, so moved my car out of the appointment line and into the express line to expedite.
