Friendly staff, felt respected and comfortable. Service was quicker than promised. Also staff were very kind when I accidentally used the wrong coffee machine. The only constructive feedback I have is that it would be helpful to label the lobby coffee machines / which ones customers should use… or at least set the pot filler apart from or further back than the dispensers. It sounds like I might not be the only one who’s accidentally tried to fill a cup with a whole pot’s worth of the brewer on the left, so it could save cust... read more
