I’ll start by starting that we have yet to commit to going solar, but wanted to share my great experience with Jeremy. He was very helpful with finding a plan that would best fit our needs. He put a lot of time and effort into this process without being pushy. This is something we’ve decided to revisit in a year due to costs, but I will be requesting Jeremy as soon as we’re ready.

Just starting out on the Solar process and Duraye Lewis and Asia Bushman have been very helpful. Duraye was our first contact and went over may options we were investigating. She's has stayed in contact regularly to assist with getting everything prepared as we have both a home and a shop/garage with separate meters which will be linked to virtual net metering. We were referred to Summit by my sister in law (thankfully). They were so nice to work with right from the start. Very informative with no pressure to make a commitment right away unlike most companies. The program they have is a no brainer it your home qualifies. Lower payments for no investment? Yes please. I am still in the early phase of the installation, signed the installation contract yesterday, but so far, the experience is very positive. Von's introduction to Summits panels was the most detailed compared to other installers highlighting the advantage on the technology site. Von was also very transparent discussing the various warranty options and their justification. Again, he was the only one explaining the shorter lifetime of the microinverters.
