Julian Boyd was very helpful in providing me with all the needed information to understand my solar system and the overall plan of the Site Survey, Design, Permits and Installation. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions along the way. Highly recommended!

My experience with summit was out of this world. We've been in contact for a while now trying to look into different companies but I'll have to say that Luis and Valentina were the best fit for our family. I strongly recommend them to anyone trying to go solar.

The process of adding solar to my home was easy and efficient. Cam from Summit's sales department was informative. Caitlin was the project manager and she kept me up to date for every step along the way. Any questions or requests were handled by her quickly and efficiently. The installation crew were informative and efficient. The solar system is up and running. This was a very professionally handled experience at all stages.

It’s now been almost 5 months since we started the process and I still have no Idea when the system will be turned on. I’ve had to email several times for updates and on occasion had to wait weeks for my project manager to reply. It’s now going on two months since everything was installed and I’m still in the dark as to how much longer until the system gets turned on. I would’ve loved to give you guys 5 star but I’ve grown inpatient with the lack of communication.

It took them a month to come.  Two guys were here minutes and said can’t do work due to hornets. They didn’t show me the hornets. They said I needed to get a professional to come and show proof before they returned. I did asap and sent the proof. I had to email numerous times for months for them to say they can’t due to contract which is incorrect especially as why would they come in  the first place! I’m going to have to file a lawsuit to get my very expensive solar panel fixed. This company is a joke.

From the inception I worked with Dexter who is extremely knowledgeable and open to recommend solution as per my requirements. I had also worked with other providers but unlike Dexter they were pushing their solution and were giving what they wanted and not what I was requesting for. All and all, great experience so far, looking forward to similar experience during operational support (if required).
