First of all...the 5 star reviews are attached to the referral bonus! Don't believe them. I had James Nell come out, I was approved thru Sunnova for 76k. They messed up my contract 3 times, by listing the wrong electric company. I inquired about Snow Clips in October, because a friend had the snow fall on her Jeep and it broke her windshield.
