Took my GSD in when she wasn't acting normal. Staff was great, wish I could remember everyone's name but it was after midnight. I do remember Dr. Koontz was awesome!!! Thanks all for the help!
Brought my cat Coco in because she wasn't eating or drinking, and was lethargic. I thought there would be a simple solution. Turns out she had some kind of mass in her stomach and her white blood count was so low she would have needed a blood transfusion, too. The whole bill would have been almost $10,000, so I had to choose euthanasia. I never went in there thinking she wouldn't be coming back hom with me. Thank you to your professional team. Today was a hard day. I had to put my little boston terrior down. He was very old (16). He suffered a seizure this morning that left him paralyzed. We have been in before. We had an end of life plan. We were able to grieve privately and were treated with compassion. Thank you for allowing our family to let our dog to with love and dignity. Recommended2 weeks ago our mini Aussie (9 yrs old) Roxie had bilateral TPLO surgery for her torn ACL’s on her back legs. I was hesitant to do both legs at the same time but so thankful I trusted Dr. Hofeling’s recommendation to do both legs at the same time. She has done so well and recovery was way easier then I expected. Thank you Dr. Hofeling for your expertise and care you have given to Roxie. I would highly recommend Summit Veterinary Referral Center!
