I was in this weekend to visit my aunt and they never seem to amaze me. Typically when you visit some places like this, they are slow on the weekend or do not have a lot going on. Well not this place. Full of activities, smiles lots of visitors,management staff here as well. My aunt looks great and she is so into everything. She was a loner at home. Her transformation is amazing. Looking forward to the Memorial Day cookout next week.
Just another great visit with pops today. The place is so clean smells good the staff are so inviting. My dad looks great he likes it there and most import he is getting the much needed care he deserves. I write to let people know , if they are looking for a place for their family, that they need not to look any further. Feel free to reach out to me. I will talk with you one on one. Thanks again. Very pleased with Pacifica residents were happy and active place was clean workers very pleasant
Nice and clean, seemed very modern. The staff was friendly enough, and and few residents we talked to seemed very happy. Like the location and the amenities at the center. Mom didn't "feel" good about it, something she didn't like but couldn't put a finger on it. The Memory Care center seemed very subdued, folks just staring and slumping in their chairs - the hostess we had talked how they "let them join" the others sometimes, seemed like they were not as important. When we were hunting for an assisted living facility for our sister in law, the Executive Director couldn't have been more helpful! When we decided to have her live here, the staff was so kind and thoughtful. We couldn't recommend them more highly!!
Again, they have out done themselves with the Resident Christmas party. The food was amazing! What a great leader they have in dietary. [Name removed] and his team really brought it. [Name removed] and her team where rock stars, making the party even better. And the care staff is the BEST! This is just a dynamite place. I will forever continue to refer anyone here. My family and I just cant say enough about Sun City Senior Living. They all are so kind and really do care about all of their residents. [Name Removed], and all the managers make it such a fun and they rub off on everyone else. Thank you for all you do!
[Name removed] is empathetic toward all of the patients. She respects instruction and explains them numerous times for those who's hearing are lacking a shade or two. From the first day she has always been respectful. Most of all, she makes life fun!
