I've had the pleasure of coming here for several years. Always clean and feels like a home to those that live here. Big fireplace with residents out of their rooms often and sitting around it. Great staff that really care for the residents. Lots of activities and events. Highly recommend!

The team at Sun City Senior Living is truly exceptional! They are more like family than just staff, and my grandfather has happily settled into his new home there. The staff has been awesome. They promptly call or text me when there has occurred an event I should or need to know about. The food service has been great. The facility has a very homey feel, a comfort to our Mother. The facility and staff suit our Mom very well.

Glad to hear that you are updating the inside facility. The outside locations and landscaping should also be updated. I feel that appearance of the outside is important and gives a more favorable view of the whole place.

The staff is so professional and so kind and you will feel like everyone at the facility, Residents or staff are all one family. My sister is enjoying living at Pacifica Sun City Senior Living. She enjoys the activities, socializing and food. Her room is a very nice size and has 2 large closets. They have outings to local restaurants, which my sister also enjoys.

This is the perfect place for my Aunt ! The staff from the time that I first met with [name removed] to consider this ALF option was so helpful and caring and guided me through everything that needed to be done. Then once she moved in there is always someone their to assist her when needed and the communication to the families from the team is INCREDIBLE! I love know that there are such caring people taking care of her.

Placed my stepmother here in February 2023. At first she was not real happy but she seems to have adjusted and is doing very well. I feel she is getting very good care here and I'm glad we chose here for her care.

Upper management staff is FANTASTIC. We did have a few issues with the care staff at first but it is ALWAYS ADDRESSED and taken care of (I do not fault this facility as help is hard to find) Overall rating for me is actually a 4.5
