The staff is so professional and so kind and you will feel like everyone at the facility, Residents or staff are all one family. I highly recommend this community, [name removed] the executive manager will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done the right way. Keep the hard work and Thank you very much for taking care of the elder in our community

My sister is enjoying living at Pacifica Sun City Senior Living. She enjoys the activities, socializing and food. Her room is a very nice size and has 2 large closets. They have outings to local restaurants, which my sister also enjoys.

This is the perfect place for my Aunt ! The staff from the time that I first met with [name removed] to consider this ALF option was so helpful and caring and guided me through everything that needed to be done. Then once she moved in there is always someone their to assist her when needed and the communication to the families from the team is INCREDIBLE! I love know that there are such caring people taking care of her.

Placed my stepmother here in February 2023. At first she was not real happy but she seems to have adjusted and is doing very well. I feel she is getting very good care here and I'm glad we chose here for her care.

Upper management staff is FANTASTIC. We did have a few issues with the care staff at first but it is ALWAYS ADDRESSED and taken care of (I do not fault this facility as help is hard to find) Overall rating for me is actually a 4.5

The people. [name removed], the activities person, is amazing! And so is [name removed] in the office. She's very helpful. There are some things they need to fix though. The sidewalks outside the patio are all uneven and for older folks who are print to falling that is very dangerous. My mom says their food is terrible. They also have a big ant problem.

Our overall Experience has been good. My aunt is very happy there and has settled in very nicely. She complains some about the food but enjoys all of the activities and outings. They have bingo, cards, magic shows, music, exercise classes, different events every week from outside entertainment. Shopping excursions every week. Weekly luncheon out every Wednesday.

Very caring. Front desk person and activity director are very personable, as are several of the CNAs. Greet residents and family members by name. Can communicate in person, by phone or email quite easily. Could improve tv service provided. A little confusing for older person that is not familiar with Direct TV.

The entire staff made transitioning my dad into memory care so easy and comforting. He gets superb care and everyone is so understanding, loving, and helpful. So glad we chose Pacifica.
