Very caring. Front desk person and activity director are very personable, as are several of the CNAs. Greet residents and family members by name. Can communicate in person, by phone or email quite easily. Could improve tv service provided. A little confusing for older person that is not familiar with Direct TV.
The entire staff made transitioning my dad into memory care so easy and comforting. He gets superb care and everyone is so understanding, loving, and helpful. So glad we chose Pacifica.
I think the community is awesomely working hard. The sad thing is turnover is great & shortage of workers. Cleanliness was key. So many places we visited had a terrible odor when you first walked down and some really nice expensive places looked very dingy in the lobby. That was key for us. There has never been a time in the 20 something times I have visited my loved one that the place has it smelled immaculately clean.
I would recommend to check out this community, the staff is so friendly.
When we toured with Sun City, we noticed the residents were kind of left to themselves. I made sure to tour places during their activity time, and all we saw was the residents were all wheeled into a big room with TV's. There was also no staff members really watching them.
Sun City Senior Living has been a much better place than the last. Better communication, overall better care, activities. . . Being included if they want. . . Not pushy if they don't.
The staff are extremely friendly to the residents, even the dinning staff. This is a small enough community to where everyone knows each others name. Also any concerns that I may have they are very responsive. I would highly recommend this community it is a nice place. They have activities like bingo, going out to eat, shopping, a library, card games and people come to play music and more for the residents. The activity director makes sure that the residents get out of their rooms.
This is a great place to be. The staff and accommodations are wonderful. The staff go out of their way to keep the resident active and comfortable. The communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. Medication management, bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide my loved one.
I really liked Sun City Senior Living very much and still love them to this day. The staff were very high energy and it was a cheerful environment. The only downfall for us was that the rooms were smaller and older looking. I was having a hard time finding the difference in things like the staff and activities provided in assisted living and memory care.
