Their customer service is top-notch. I have used them before to pump the septic tanks at a house I'm renting out. For this call, the tenant said the drains were moving slowly. I phoned Sun Plumbing to ask for an estimate to clear the pipes. The initial price was about $75. Sun Plumbing offered to phone the tenant at least 15 minutes prior to arriving. Couldn't be happier with their installer, his work, or the installed product. Price wasn't the cheapest but this was a professional job from start to finish. Replaced leaking water heater with new natural gas 40-gallon water heater. Also installed new expansion tank and shutoff valve.
With the exception of cutting out old faucet all went well The repairman was kind enough to tell me that after 6:00 pm the rates went from $90/hr to $135/hr I asked him to come back the next day. Would use again. Installed new faucet in kitchen, removed old disposal, replumbed and installed new dish washer.
Chris came out to pump my septic tank and did a great job. We were scheduled for early morning and they said they would call 30 minutes before they were coming, which they did, and were right on time. I wasn't able to stay the entire time so I paid him and asked him to call me and let me know how it went after he was done. Before I left he gave me some information about septic tanks and even told me some hints for taking care of it so I won't have to get it pumped as often. My husband called three different plumbers to set up an appointment to fix the leaky valve when we were not able to take care of the issue ourselves. Sun Plumbing answered the phone and set up an appointment window that worked with our schedules. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival. I think their service is very good. I've always found them to be prompt, responsive, and professional. They come out whenever I have an issue, they come out to fix it.
They were very good. They knew what they were doing and they were professional. I was really very pleased with what they did. Their price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future if I needed to. I last had Sun Plumbing come out to drain my two septic tanks and change some of the stuff that I had to change. They also did some plumbing work in two of my bathrooms; they changed two cartridges and fixed a water leak near the pump for me.
My designer referred him to me. He is just convenient. I was having so many issues and it was costing me money. He is not the least expensive, but he fixes it and does the job right. His workers are professional and very clean. They will leave a place cleaner than they find it. They finished up my whole floor. When it was done, I was pleasantly embarrassed. We had very low pressure from our shower head and tub faucet following a plumbing leak repair by another plumber. (NOT Sun Plumbing) We lived with the problem for years because we have a special needs child and having a repair person in the home is too disruptive.
