The tech was on time and knowledgeable.We had previously used them to hook up a gas dryer.Their prices are reasonable and they warranty their work for 90 days for labor. Changed a propane Tek grill to natural gas.

See above They do a good quality job on time. Usually, that's good enough for me to get at least a B. But the regular use of the F bomb by the technician was not appreciated. Nor was the fact that I was charged $90 to be told that I had a leaky faucet and it needed to be replaced. No attempt made to repair, no offer made to order parts. Update: I needed to have a plumber come back out twice for 2 different leaking toilets that Sun Plumbing had installed. Both technicians arrived on time and were courteous. It was an outstanding experience. I have never been so satisified with the quality of work and a company. John Ryan was the man who did the work for me. They completely demo'ed my existing shower and built a new shower from the ground up. They did plumbing, electrical, tile.

The office staff gave us an appointment sometime after 12 noon and informed us that, even though they were unable to give a more precise time for the visit, she assured us that we would receive a call 20-30 minutes before the serviceman arrived, which we did. Our serviceman was not only courteous and professional but he also answered our many questions with regards to septic tank maintenance, care and other concerns we had since this is the first time we've lived at a property with a septic tank. The technicians are very professional and capable. The support staff (dispatchers and information people) are very good and responsive as well. Will use this company in the future for plumbing needs. Diagnosis of septic drain issues; pump out of septic tanks; replacement of failing septic pipes.

As always Sun Plumbing did a great job - from discussing and quoting options, to scheduling, getting the work done, and very courteous, professional workers. We knew we had a slab leak (been here before) and this time we chose to have them re-route the plumbing for that room (kitchen) thru the attic. While insurance didn't cover this approach at least we didn't have to have our hardwood floors cut out, concrete broken up and then all replaced again!

We noted a hissing associated with the leak and were able to locate the general area due to the fact the leak was in the hot water line and there was a warm spot on the dining room floor. Called Sun Plumbing to set an appt. and requested that the first appt. just be to confirm the location of the leak. I have used Sun Plumbing at a few different properties and have always been satisfied. They arrive when they are supposed, very professional and have reasonable prices. On this occasion, two techs showed up. One worked upstairs and one downstairs. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time and fixed it right. Sink repair and toilet flange repair

Overall, I would not change a thing. I will use Sun Plumbing in the future and would recomend this company to anyone. This was my first experience using Angie's list. This was great. The gentleman showed up within the timeframe. He performed his services with ease and experience. It was on a Saturday and they didn't charge me any special weekend rate. Go Sun Plumbing. Thankyou for a great experience.
