I had a great experience! My tech, Aaron, was very professional, easy to work with, confident and very helpful. I have set up a return appointment requesting him for my next service to replace a toilet.
Sun was completely up front with charges; several unavoidable issues occurred on my end & were handled easily & courteously by Sun; they couldn't have been more helpful & accommodating.
In a few words, "You did what was asked for and needed in a very timely manner, and was done correctly." This corrected a 'latent' problem caused by an incorrect repair that removed an external shut-off valve to a water pipe running to my extra lot some years ago by another company.
