Had a call this AM with SunWest Mortgage. The service rep, Pierre, was outstanding! I love the sound of her voice and her demeanor. Both her voice and demeanor are very smooth and soothing. She makes you feel she cares about your issue and she's listening to take care of your issue. Outstanding rep. I hope she's recognized for her expertise, professionalism, and customer care.
