Just set up my account/auto pay today. The customer service representative I spoke with ("MC") was GREAT-- professional, friendly, informative and efficient. All in all, one of the best (if not THE best) customer service calls I have ever had. In fact, my whole experience with Sun West (from broker to closer) has been very positive. I am very happy I chose Sun West for my refinance and will recommend to others..
Great to work with. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Thank you
