The person I spoke with on phone now was very courteous and efficient. Low wait time on call, as in past experience with SunWest. Prior experience with loan process was likewise very smooth.

I've had 3 loans with SunWest and their service has been really great. Considering how difficult it has been for everyone during the pandemic, they stand FAR above most businesses in their treatment of consumers. I had a couple of representatives with poor attitudes, but the company itself and the vast majority of the people who I have worked with have been outstanding.
