Dandre was AWESOME. First and foremost, he was extremely professional and has outstanding people skills. A month ago, I had USAA do an analysis on all of my insurance policies. After it was complete, the agent requested I seek an escrow analysis. So I requested one from Sun West. Dandre left me several messages earlier in the week and I finally retrieved my message from the home phone...2-3 days later. Dandre took the extra step and called my cell. I called today to authorize a change to my insurance carrier. My customer service rep was M.C. It was a pleasant experience and M.C. ensured that I had all my questions answered and that I had the appropriate contact info for my insurance agent. Great service and no nonsense.

My property taxes went up and today I received a letter from Sun West saying my payments were going up as a result. As to be expected. What wasn't expected is that I would also receive a phone call from a very nice representative who explained all aspects of what was going on. He gave me plenty of options on how to move forward and explained each one. He allowed me to choose the option that worked best for me. Awesome job! 3/8/19 Today, I had the most pleasurable call and experience with a Sun West Mortgage customer service representative by the name of Miracle; she called to inquire about my March payment. I pay after the 16th of the month so I receive calls like this monthly. However, the call today was the most efficient, professional, pleasant, and customer friendly interaction I've had with the company since they've been my lender.
