Thought the presentation was well done and informant....if I saw this 6 months ago I would have jumped on it...but a financial change recently kept me from going rhrough with it.
Business response:
Hi Richard,, thank you for the review of our company and thank you for taking the time to visit our King of Prussia office. Stay safe!
Very interesting company with a good spin on vacations planning. Salespeople were friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. And they made some interesting offers to sell their product.
It was very good
Great customer service
Ty was very nice and honest. And easy to talk with
Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I would love to take advantage of the vacations but right before Christmas is not a good time for me. Hopefully next summer I can come again and see again and if all things work out, work with the folks and sign up. I’m looking forward to going on the trip so I can really check everything out!
Business response:
Hi Beth, thanks for the review! Our employees at our Sundance Vacations King of Prussia office will be happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit with us! Enjoy your gift!
Well informed honest presentation
Everyone was very friendly and informative. All our questions were answered.
I believe the gentleman we spoke to was Ian (I hope that was his name). He was very personable and helpful. If my husband was not a member of the Armed Forces Vacation Club we would consider paying for a package with Sundance.
