I believe the gentleman we spoke to was Ian (I hope that was his name). He was very personable and helpful. If my husband was not a member of the Armed Forces Vacation Club we would consider paying for a package with Sundance.

While they were persistent, the presentation was very good and the travel agents were very kind. Although I haven't considered a vacation I would consider buying the travel package in the future

We werent sure we wanted to go. But went to check it out. Glad i did. Felt safe during covid. Nice people. Got a good deal on some vacations. They made it fit into my budget. Very helpful. Looking forward to traveling. May be the beginning of a long term relationship. Thank you for your information, pricing, and hospitality. So far 5 star rating....looking forward to see if the vacations are as gr8 as promised!

Our experience with Sundance Vacations was ok. I had gotten a little agitated towards the end, maybe because i was tired from working. I don't know,but i just wanted to say that if i offended anybody, i humbly apologize. I was just trying to make sure we were leaving at a decent time due to the fact that we had took septa. I felt that I was being pressured to buy something without being given the opportunity to fully explore the product. I ended up buying a much smaller package. Upon finally being able get on the website, the first things I noticed was that there were booking fees on top of the money spent to buy the vacation. This was not explained very well, if at all, in the presentation. Also many of the places that I looked at for next summer have little or no availability.
