From the time we walked through the door Tracy was our greeter and she was so VERY pleasant. Once we sat down with John and listen to the presentation and then moved to Shanta, it was a GREAT experience. I hope we get called again once this Pandemic is over and my husband is back to work, we will definitely purchase. Thank you

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their business. I originally went in thinking that it was an attempt at owning a time share and my doubts quickly subsided after thier presentation. Furthermore, we ended up getting a package after speaking to Tina and we can't wait to start using our vacations!
Check in was easy. Presentation & presenter were very nice. Sara & Ryan were easy to work with. No high pressure, presented an opportunity. We were not financially able to accept at this time, but we are very appreciative for the opportunity. We will tell our family & friends.
Mike did a great presentation. I learned some things about what its like to really vacation how you can Stay first class.
