Good- staff is always friendly. Not so great is the response time to get assistance. 911 got there quicker than the staff when help was needed at night. Food choices could be better. The written menu doesn't always correspond to the actual menu. Desserts are good Activities - ok. Haven't participated in many. Would be nice if non ambulatory patients were "picked" up in order to participate. Facilities- large rooms and balconies are very nice.
Sunflower Springs was an exceptional facility in comparison to the other 2 facilities we had my mother at over the past 10 years. She was met with a caring staff that constantly went above and beyond.
I was very impressed with this facility. The facility is very well maintained and is spacious. The activities are available to all residents and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. I would highly recommend Sunflower Springs.
Strong teams with very little turnover. Team takes the time to learn who the guests are and caters to their special needs. Kept my mom's attitude more positive. I would and have recommended them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

We are so glad that we found Sunflower Springs. It really is a lovely place for my sister to live. She loves it. Her apartment is really nice. She always enjoys her dining room experience. And all of the activities keep her busy and social. We feel fortunate to be here.

I recently moved my mother into the locked unit and they have been amazing. She is actually coming out and participating In The painting class they do. She also enjoys listening to the live music. I was able to decorate her room and bring her own bedroom set that she has had for over 40 years!

[Name Removed] The Sales Director is Amazing...Very knowledgeable and patient... Answered all our questions...even talked favorably of other facilities we planned to visit... [Name Removed] also knew the name of every resident...which was very impressive. Sunflower Springs is in a very nice quiet area and the facility seemed very modern and clean . In comparison to where she came from five stars. Overall as a new customer four stars. Voice your expectations to make sure their level of confidence matches. Staffing is very friendly and accommodating. They are attentive to my mom's needs and she seems happier overall.
