It's been a great experience. My Dad is doing well. I wish my Dad were more social, but he is doing so well. The Food is good..People are very cheerful, and happy . The staff is very helpful. I would recommend.
The care is very good and attentive, they are concerned for my loved one's wellbeing. My loved one's health is very strong. Good services from Sunflower Springs, the skilled nursing from Pinnacle and Doctor services from Blue Stone. The one thing that they improved upon is communication, which was initially spotty, but they have improved to a 5! My loved one participates in meals, such as breakfast and dinner. He has no complaints about the food. My loved on does not partake in snacks. My loved one is comfortable and safe at... read more
The tour experience was good, you could tell they were really trying to get us to come here. What we did not care for was how small the facility was. There was not a whole lot of activity going on. It was just not the right fit for my loved one.
Sunflower Springs could absolutely improve on everything!
We toured many different facilities and chose Sunflower Springs because it seemed to be the best fit. It is in an area that my loved ones were familiar with as well and so they felt very comfortable here. It is a beautiful facility. The thing I found most impressive is the fact that both my daughter and son in law are nurses and they have seen many places like this and they said this is by far the best they had ever seen. We would most definitely recommend Sunflower Springs to others.
The showers were dirt. They had really nice and good people. I had an issue with the bill , which made me very upset because it was very high. The food was good. They had some activites but not a lot. There wasnt much value, for the amount of money that I was paying. The outide was nice. The people that do the work is 50/50, in which some do a good job, and others are just there for a paycheck.
