Durante el primer nos llevamos una mala impresión del hotel ya que el primer día la atención por parte del personal fue bastante ineficiente, durante el check-in no se nos brindo la información completa y precisa, meseros y personal del bar con mala actitud y dando preferencia en el servicio al turista extranjero, teniendo que esperar 1 hora por nuestra comida; sin embargo después de esa experiencia nos demostraron que en verdad tienen personal con una excelente actitud de servicio haciendonos sentir bastantes cómodos, comid... read more
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were there for the Super Bowl party and it was amazing. I like to give a shout out to Flora, who was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. To all the staff from the Bellman to the waiter and waitresses and especially the bartenders and cleaning service, great bunch of people there !
Excellent option for a perfect resort vacation.
We enjoyed our 4 days here, very relaxing, Room was big and clean. Property was clean. food and bars on site were very good. if you are looking for relaxing and sitting by pool in the sun this is the place
