Started with Johnathan greeting us with amazing customer service, then Rodrigo showing us great hospitality to our rooms. Than Armando & Ruben from the La Pergola were the best! Every day we saw these individuals they showed us some much love and comfort. The Spa is amazing! Margarita, Christina, Luisa, and the manager showed my wife and I a once in a life time experience and one we will never forget. The whole staff is amazing, not one bad experience here. We love the Sunset Marina!!

Loved the place
All property and around - clean , walkable, restful areas . Quiet at night time
The hotel is not on the beach and they advertise access to the other "sister hotels", but not all-inclusive, you need to pay for your food and drinks on the beach (other hotels). The room view was gorgeous (we had lagoon view; it had a mini kitchen and a large jetted tub on the balcony; the bed was comfy and the shower head was nice. We asked about 3 times to shut off the balcony light and the last person told us it couldn't be shut off, but all the other rooms did not have lights turned on.There are 3 restaurants (not 4).
